Jason and I would like to thank everyone who came out on Saturday night to watch us perform at the Gifted Hands: Arts & Poetry event.  We were really blessed to be surrounded by so many talented people, poets, musicians, artists, dancers alike, who contributed their time, and some of their pieces to this event.

We’d also like to give a special shout out to Heather T., Lovari, and Taylor for stopping by and showing some love.

Also, just a reminder, TONIGHT I’m going to be backing up stage and screen actress Robyn Payne (Blue Bloods, House of Cards, White Collar, Fringe) on her first solo musical venture.  It’s described as a “Light Jazz, Pop/R&B journey through song expressing the gamut of emotions of Love”.  I will be singing soprano tonight (yes, not my range, but we make it work, and of all things, I’ll also be doing some jazz – for all you Jazz heads out there).  Robyn Payne: Moving Forward is going to be at The Cutting Room (44 E 32nd St., between Park and Madison – closer to Park) starting at 8PM.  Tickets are $20.  You can purchase them online or at the door.
