2014 I say will be the #YearOfTheJanifer.

I think many of you have started noticing it with the instagram photos showing up on my facebook fan page.  That’s just the beginning.  In 2014 I’m going to be making more posts on different interests in my life, which I’ve noted in the fringes, but never really delved into.  I’m also going to be changing up the format as well, God willing, where it will be easier to navigate through.  I’ve already change the name of the blog to reflect it.  It’s called “The Goods”, because that’s what it will be about.  The Goods on me and everything around me. Before I close out this post, I have two announcements I need to make.

For those who have followed me via twitter, facebook, and this site, I know I have been a bit MIA.  Unfortunately it’s partially because my friend Joelle Richa finally returned home to God after losing her fight with cancer a few months ago, and two weeks ago, fellow Karaoke Battle performer Gregg Moore also passed on.  Both were very awesome people and I’m grateful to have called them both friends.  Also both losses were complete shocks to the system.  I ask you to please pray for both their families.

In refection on both their lives, Joelle’s being my same age, taken so soon, and Gregg because he had lived such a full, vibrant life, I’m decided to purse more and fear less.  Good or bad, it’s time for me to do, and stop mulling it over.

Take that leap of faith. #YearOfTheJanifer
